No product can be returned to Projectisle without a Return
Merchandise Authorisation.

Damaged Goods
If you notice
that your goods are damaged in transit, don't accept the delivery.
The courier will return the items for you. Call 1300 88 11 79
to notify sales of the damage.
If you notice
within 7 days that the item is damaged in transit after the courier has
delivered, it is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). you will need to request an
RMA. See above.
Note an Item is
only called DOA if reported to us within 7 days, after this period it is a
warranty issue.
Change of Mind -
Unopened, As New Condition
Change of mind - within 7 days. A refund less credit
card charges and delivery charges may be offered only for goods in "as new
condition" - Item is still in its original
undamaged condition and original undamaged packaging,
unopened and unused. Special order items my not be
returnable, you will be notified before your purchase.
Note: You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of
returning the item to the supplier once the RMA has been issued. You will need
to arrange for a courier to return the item for you. We recommend an outer
protective packing, to prevent damage. Insurance is recommended but your choice,
Projectisle are not responsible for the item should it get damaged in transit.
We must stress that a damaged item will not be accepted.
Shipping Items Back
Items can be returned once your RMA has been issued and you are given the return
address details.
